Shipping policy

Your order is processed after it is paid for in full. Average turn-around time varies depending on the item you have purchased. Many factors come in to play when purchasing industrial equipment. Machines must be ‘blocked’ for shipment before they can be removed from our showroom and loaded on to a freight truck. We hire an outside technician to prepare the machine for shipment. Machinery movers may also be contracted to remove the machine from our showroom and load it on to a freight truck. Our turn-around time depends on the schedules of these outside sources. Generally an item can be ready to ship within five business days of purchase. Please contact us if you need detailed information on this items availability.
